IdiomaX End User License Agreement
When installing this software you accept the terms of this License Agreement.
In consideration to the payment of the honorarium of License, that is part of the price you paid for this product, IdiomaX LLC grants you the right to use and to visualize this copy of the software of IdiomaX LLC on a single computer at a time. If you bought a place license, the software may only be used by the amount of computers determined by the price of acquisition. The license of this software is granted for its use in a unique system. If you want to transfer the software into another system, you should remove this software from the original system. You may not rent or lease this software.
IdiomaX LLC reserves all the rights non-specifically granted and it retains denomination and ownership of the software, including all the subsequent copies in any means.
You are not allowed to: copy, modify, adapt, translate, disassemble, etc, nor to create derived works with bases in this software. You can only copy or reproduce this software with archival purposes. You can not modify, adapt, translate nor create derived works with bases in the written materials without the previous consent of IdiomaX LLC.
Limited guarantee
IdiomaX LLC guarantees that during a period of thirty (30) days after the date of original purchase, the means here contained are free of defects in materials and workmanship. In case of receiving notification in the period of thirty (30) days, IdiomaX LLC will replace the defective means when receiving them in our offices.
IDIOMAX LLC DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF COMMERCIALIZATION AND FITNESS WITH REGARD TO IDIOMAX LLC DEFECTS IN THE MEANS AND DOCUMENTATION, EVEN WHEN IDIOMAX LLC HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE PURPOSE.
IN NO CASE IDIOMAX LLC AND ITS DISTRIBUTORS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDED, WITHOUT LIMIT, LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES) THAT ARISE OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE EVEN IF IDIOMAX LLC WAS NOTIFIED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This warranty grants you limited and specific rights.
